Synopsis

The Bureau of Investigation has a form for everything. Harold Prescott, a meticulous field agent dispatched to San Francisco, discovers a case that doesn't fit any of them. A bar called the Rusty Anchor, a self-proclaimed 'vampire club' meeting in the back room, a communion that isn't Catholic, and a case file stamped CLOSED that keeps killing people. Prescott's faith in procedure meets something that procedure can't classify.
